• Ben Stiller was the original choice to play Brian Fantana in ‘Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy’. Paul Rudd was the actor who got the part.

• ‘Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring’ (2001), ‘Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers’ (2002), and ‘Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King’ (2003) were filmed simultaneously.

• Steve Martin, Robin Williams, Christopher Walken, Nicolas Cage and Michael Keaton were all considered for the role of Willy Wonka in 2005’s ‘Charlie and the Chocolate Factory’.
